I’m a nationally accredited workplace mediator, who’s on a mission to resolve workplace conflict and increase happiness and respect.
I’ve been resolving conflict for a while
I have 15 years’ experience in conflict resolution. I’ve worked as a conciliator at the NSW Anti-Discrimination Board, where I helped settle workplace conflict, as well as conflict in education, housing, and between businesses and clients. I’ve also worked for the NSW Ombudsman and federal government agencies in conflict resolution roles. I decided to specialise as a workplace mediator and start my own business to help people in organisations resolve their differences respectfully and productively.
Where I live
Originally from London, I now live in spectacular Newcastle, NSW with my husband, irreverent children (who give me plenty of mediation practice), and our well-behaved rescue dog, (who doesn’t).
